These independent brewers not only craft exceptional beverages but also embody the bold and creative spirit that defines the North East of Scotland. Each of these breweries brings a unique flair to the festival, ensuring that attendees experience a rich tapestry of flavours and styles.

Brew Toon
Based in Peterhead, Brew Toon crafts small-batch beers inspired by the coast, community, and a love for adventure. Expect bold flavours, playful names, and serious brewing know-how.
Brewed in the NE, inspired by Belgium. Six°North combines traditional techniques with modern flair to produce characterful beers that push boundaries while staying rooted in heritage.
Fierce by name, fierce by flavour. This Aberdeen-born brewery is known for its fearless approach to brewing — think powerful stouts, punchy sours, and IPAs that don’t hold back.
Based on the East Lothian coast, Thistly Cross is one of the country’s leading craft cider producers. They proudly produce bold, flavourful ciders that are always Deliciously Thistly.
